Born in 1973 in Nassau, Bahamas, and moved to Washington, D.C. shortly thereafter, where she spent her formative years and completed her high school education. Raised in a family deeply rooted in hospitality and service, Giselle was influenced early on by her parents, who owned and operated restaurants, while her mother also pursued a career in real estate beginning in the early 1980s. This unique blend of experiences sparked Giselle’s lasting passion for both customer service and real estate.

In 1993, Giselle returned to Nassau with her family, where she continued working in the restaurant industry alongside her mother and sister. These years helped shape her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to providing exceptional service.

In 1998, Giselle and her sister moved to Marsh Harbour, where they successfully opened and operated their own restaurant. Shortly after, Giselle met her husband and relocated to Green Turtle Cay, where she has since established deep roots and made her permanent home.

Giselle is very active in the community of Green Turtle Cay and is well known for her involvement and dedication to the island’s close-knit lifestyle. Born and raised in Nassau, Brent Cartwright’s connection to the islands runs deep. At 25, he moved to Abaco, where he launched his real estate career in 1998. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Brent opened his own brokerage, Aisle of Palm Realty, in 2003. As his vision for the industry grew, he rebranded the firm to Bahamas Premier Properties to better serve the expanding local market.
