Every property has a story and this one is a tale of a couple whose skill sets are entirely complementary, one who has a passion for building and the other a love of interior and light design. Together they have created their second marvel in Treasure Cay, a home thoughtfully designed for island lovers who value privacy, sea views, their boat docked out front and who appreciate savoring the views from an abode which is both comfortable and furnished with the highest quality furnishings, fixtures and appliances. Notable features: a gourmet kitchen fitted with luxury appliances, quartzite natural stone countertops & lighted floating shelves; all windows strategically placed for optimal water views; stand-alone soaking tub in master bathroom; 22,000 LP Generator with 250 gallon tank; double garage with ample space for storage and a workshop; lower-level guest/caretaker’s apartment and al-fresco kitchen. The property sits on almost a half acre with 112 feet of protected waterfront. Dock permit already approved.
